About us

We are a group of tennis coaches who created a company where we are dedicated to helping coaches from all over the world to find work based on their objectives, as well as helping clubs, academies, hotels and universities to find coaches based on what they need.

We created this company because we love helping coaches who want to continue gaining experience in new places, and we also know that it is sometimes difficult for clubs to find what they need, so we are here to help them completely in their search.
We are willing to help everyone and be there at all times.

Are you a company? Who is this service for?

We are not legally a company, we call ourselves a company because we are an organization of coaches. We simply want to help coaches and clubs to get to know each other and be able to work together for a long time.
For coaches, stringers, physiotherapists, physical trainers, as well as for Academies, Clubs, Resorts-Hotels, Universities, Colleges, player sparring, or any job dedicated to the tennis sector.

Do you charge money for the service of being an intermediary?

We don't charge anything, we are still new in this company and all we want is to help.

We don't demand money, nor do we make a contract, we simply help,We would only ask for a review or a mention recommending our work.

How do they help a coach?

1) When the coach contacts us, the first step will be to ask him a series of necessary questions about his tennis career and his professional goals.

2) We will then contact the academies, universities, hotels, or clubs according to the coach's wishes.
3) Once the potential employer has agreed to interview the coach, we will make sure that both parties can communicate directly.
4) After this, we will continue to be in contact with both parties to see how the hiring process progresses until the coach reaches his desired destination.

How do they help an academy, university, hotel or club?

1) When an academy, university, hotel, or club contacts us, we first ask them a series of questions to determine the profile of the coach they are looking for and the benefits they are willing to offer.

2) After defining the desired coach profile, we are in charge of contacting those coaches who meet the requested requirements.
3) If the candidates are available, we contact the employer again to conduct the corresponding interviews.
4) Once this process is complete, we maintain contact with both parties to monitor the progress of the hiring until the employer has received the chosen coach.
